YWCA Palestine and "Masarat" concludes a training course
Ramallah-The
YWCA Palestine and the Palestinian Center for Policy Research and Strategic
Studies “Masarat” concluded a training course on self-affirmation, personal
speech skills, and enhancing creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
The course, which took
place over three days in Ramallah, attracted 25 young men and women from
"Masarat" volunteers.
The training included
personal speech skills, enhancing the participants’ skills in defining their
professional and personal goals, building their abilities to communicate
effectively with others, and enhancing teamwork and time management skills.
The training aimed to
empower the leadership role of young women and men in developing their
communities as a community initiative implemented by the association for the
benefit of the youth group.
This initiative is part
of the “Youth, Peace, and Security” community initiatives, which are
implemented by the YWCA Palestine in partnership with and with funding from the
United Nations Population Fund within the Palestinian Youth Political and Civic
Participation Project “Youth Leads", funded by the European Union.
